Owner
He understands what is at stake.
Legacy, succession, capital, and decisions that affect a family beyond the boardroom are lived realities, not case studies.

Owner perspective. Operator discipline.
A coach who has had to make the system work.
You do not need another commentator telling you how business should work. You need someone who can help turn owner intent into leadership execution. Vincent has spent more than 15 years doing that inside a complex family enterprise and four years coaching more than 20 SMEs across six sectors.
Four lenses in one room
Vincent's path matters because each role adds a useful lens to the same question: what is stopping this business from growing well?
Owner
Legacy, succession, capital, and decisions that affect a family beyond the boardroom are lived realities, not case studies.
Operator
Vincent has led people, technology, education, strategy, sales, and group operations, so the conversation stays grounded in what a team can actually deliver.
Trainer
As an HRD Corp certified trainer and career educator, Vincent designs conversations that turn insight into understanding, ownership, and action.
Coach
The right issue is surfaced, the commitment is made by the team, and accountability continues after the meeting ends.
Credibility from the ground up
Vincent joined his family's business at classroom level and earned wider responsibility through the work. That progression is why he understands both the view from ownership and the reality experienced by the people expected to execute.
An MBChB from the University of Manchester and psychiatric training built a disciplined way of listening, diagnosing, and looking beneath the presenting problem.
Vincent joined Fairview in 2009 as a Biology teacher, then became Head of Science, IB Diploma Coordinator, and IB Diploma Programme Director.
More than a decade as IT Director and eight years as Principal of Fairview Kuala Lumpur expanded his remit across people, technology, performance, and school operations.
Today, as Chief Operating Officer of Fairview International PLC and Global Principal, he remains responsible for turning strategy into execution across a real organisation.
Still operating today
As COO, Vincent remains responsible for people, systems, performance, and growth. Coaching is informed by current operating decisions, not a career remembered from a distance.
His Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA, leadership within the Family Business Network in Asia, and service as Mentorship Chair and Finance Chair in Entrepreneurs' Organization Malaysia add useful frameworks and a broad view of how other owners navigate similar transitions.
Family enterprise
Vincent is a next-generation leader in the family behind Fairview. He understands the difficult space between family ownership, earned operating credibility, professional management, and generational succession.
The work is to translate an owner's intentions into organisational execution without losing the values that made the business worth building.
Years of involvement with the Family Business Network, including Next Generation leadership in Asia, give him a wider community perspective on continuity, governance, and the preparation of future leaders.
A specialist advantage, not a boundary
Most SME growth constraints travel across sectors. For education founders, Vincent brings extra operating depth and can challenge the business without flattening its mission, quality, or duty to learners.
Vincent conceptualised Fairview's Toolbox programme, a structured way to teach skills throughout a child's education. It received the 2021 International School Award for Teaching and Learning.
His work spans IB Diploma leadership, scholarship access, teacher development, student wellbeing, and sustained performance within an internationally recognised programme.
After more than a decade leading education technology, he now works on practical applications of AI, data-informed teaching, digital wellbeing, and organisational adoption.
Through Learning with a Purpose, LinkedIn, and regional education forums, Vincent challenges familiar practices by asking whether they genuinely help people and organisations develop.
Where the combination helps most
Replace founder dependency with leaders, numbers, priorities, and processes that can carry the next stage.
Move from polite discussion and competing agendas to honest issues, clear commitments, and shared execution.
Earn operating credibility, navigate succession, and strengthen the bridge between ownership and professional management.
Protect educational quality while professionalising leadership, operations, enrolment, and financial discipline.
The coaching principle
Vincent brings the questions, challenge, operating perspective, and Bloom Growth structure that help your leadership team see clearly and act consistently. The answer is not handed down. It is understood, owned, and carried by the people responsible for making it real.

Talk it through with an operator who understands the people, family, and execution behind the numbers. You will leave with a clearer view of the issue, whether or not you work together.
